Mr. Pommer has 40 years experience in the management of various high-tech, manufacturing, and service companies. He consults on all aspects of business operations, including customer and supplier relations, employee relations, joint ventures, private and public financing, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, SBA Programs, corporate governance, and the sale and acquisition of businesses.
Since 1991 Mr. Pommer has been a member of the faculty of the Southern California Institute of Law, where he has taught Entertainment Law, Federal Government Contracting Law, Wills & Trusts, Legal Skills Training, Corporations Law and Business Organizations Law, among others.
